We've had this in the family for a while, but no one in the family at the time was diligent about keeping info on these things. After going through the Lightning's past players with 17 I'm starting to doubt that it's even a Bolt 😂

That’s Ruslan Fedotenko, #17 from 2003-2007.
He’s Ukrainian, so the signature looks different from the anglicized version of his name.
