Robertson is only upping his trade value. His defensive liabilities and physical liabilities are too much. he's got a good shot, one trick pony. Tree is smart….he's letting Nick show well in preseason so he can trade him in a package deal.
Considering we only had a couple of our main roster players playing we did really well. MC fans are overreacting, Laine ran into the guy with his legs spread trying to thread the needle and ate it…. Pare wasn't moving, it's not like he intentionally smashed his knee into the guys knee lol. He could have injured himself doing that.
He is a one way player, tunnel vision towards scoring. Would he be a great PP player, probably he would, but the rest of the time he cant be trusted to play a good two way game…..i still think leafs should move him, Blackhawks might be a fit for his skill set

Toronto has a bad habit of RUINING goalies by bringing them up way too quickly. Nope. Hildeby needs to be treated with kid gloves. A few games up this season, a backup role to whoever survives this year's goalie derby. And the starters job a year or so after that.

Hildabeast needs to be our 3rd goalie . He needs to get his feet wet with some nhl games . He’s proved so far he is ready or close to it . Then next year play a bigger role
Does "top six" mean the two top forward lines?
To me you’re looking at a roll of the dice on a number of guys who are hoping to make the team. There are no guarantees or safer choices that get the leafs closer to the top of the mountain. Maybe not every single year is a realistic window. In that context I think I’d go with Robertson over say pacioretty. He’s fast (leafs need that) he scores (leafs need that ) and he’s hungry as hell (leafs need that) . Never understood giving an older slow guy a spot.
Leafs need better goaltending (here’s hoping ) and more goal scoring from anywhere .
And hurt his own player willie Nylander on purpose so he can get more ice time his a cry baby he wouldn't have scored 2 goals last night if the big boys were on the ice because his ice time will be less then the other best players so stop crying and I think he should be gone look what was on the ice all guys trying for a spot on the team and the Montreal Canadian s has all rookies playing but 2 guys the best players the both we just looking like a beer league and he will never be as good as willie or his brother
When he starts to play when the big player s from the other teams start he won't get goals like theat and they will figure him out soon get rid of wollie he sucks and is always getting hurt play the top 3 guys we have hilabe Nd Solaris and Matt Murray is looking good that s the 3 they should be using and leave wollie in the ahl hez to slow and is flopper lol trade him or pay him off
