I'm kinda sad Hoffman wasn't offered a contract. He played better than I thought and imo he had a chance at making our 3rd line, but hopefully this means Lavoie can have a real chance at earning a roster spot. I'm still not sold on Josh Brown making the roster, would very much rather the Oilers sign Dermott and make him the 7th D.
