I stand by the opinion that they should have used the money from OEL and Liljegren to sign Matt Roy and just play Timmins with Benoit. Timmins beating Liljegren out in camp only reinforces that opinion. This is coming from someone that thought Liljegren should be in the top 4. His consistency has been non-existent the past couple seasons.
Should be an interesting week on the trade front

Interesting Liljegren vs Timmins… Timmins looked really good the other night but I doubt he stays with the team
More interested in the moves they need to make to get Lorentz and Patches signed. Not only is there not enough room under the cap, but the team would also like the luxury of carrying extra players and maybe Matt Murray too. I suppose LTIRing Jarnkrok or Tavares might buy time though.
