Looks like the “off air” footage is someone driving around Chicago with a camera and drone. I only had to do a rescan to get the new channel names for 62.2 (Chicago) and 62.3 (ChPlus). It is currently broadcasting OTA in 1080i at 30hz, although I would have preferred 720p and 60hz as sports always look better in 60hz as the action is less choppy.

Upon looking again, maybe they are still testing/refining the broadcast setup as it looks like 62.3 changed:
62.2 is in 1080i at 30hz 62.3 is in 720p at 60hz

I can’t even comfortably watch highlights in 30hz, hopefully this won’t be what it’s like at the official launch tonight.

Feels very 80s to me watching sports ota. I’m hoping for a cellozzi ettleson Chevy commercial where I always save more money. Truelink fence? Victory auto wreckers?
