The Alexei Kolosov saga might(?) be over, as the Russian goalie prospect is set to get in preseason game action tonight on Long Island against the New York Islanders. PHLY Sports’ Charlie O’Connor was in Voorhees this morning to watch morning skate before the game group left for the Island — a group that is light on NHL players and will be facing a New York team mostly consisting of its opening night lineup. Kolosov, in other words, will have his hands full, as will Olle Lycksell, who checks in for his fourth preseason game and is looking to lock down an NHL roster spot.
