Have to stop perpetuating that the Canadiens are cursed. It's absurd. One or two players aren't going to change the whole season. I'm a Canadiens fan. The flip flopping of media outlets covering the team and jumping to conclusions is so annoying.

Not really. This is really unfortunate for Patrik Laine but he was unlikely to be a difference maker for Montreal. Reinbacher going down for six months, he's had surgery already, is very distressing for him. Montreal was already two years away from being relevant again.
If their players can't stay healthy they will need other players.
I never though Kirby Dach was/is a difference maker.
I'll be upset if caufield can't stay healthy.
Watched the last three preseason games and right now Mike Matheson, Nick Suzuki and Jakub Dobes look like the best defenseman, forward and goalie currently with the team. If Montreal is going to be a great playoff team their best players will likely have to be better than these three guys.

Montreal needs to have a "wall of fame" for players that should be honoured but will not have their number retired. Saku, Price, RJ Houle etc. There are many and they all can't have their number retired, there would be no numbers left.
