I think Engvall gets a very short leash. I definitely could see him getting waived if he doesn’t appeal to Patrick Roy. It would certainly send a pretty strong message throughout that locker room.
dude i been sayin to replace him for a while hes a bad hitter, bad shooter, bad passer……. hes just a good skater with speed thats it… and he never improved his game from that and im done with him we got too much talent…..to be wasting our time with him

Waive Engvall and put him in Bridgeport. Nobody will claim him and he can be used as a call up. hopefully it'll get him going.
Engvall is a waste. He sucks. 6’4” plays like he’s 3’4”. He does nothing on the ice except skate. He’s terrible in his end, he avoids contact like it’s a contagious disease. That signing right there shows Lou is not all there. He doesn’t even deserve to be on the bench. They should give a young guy a shot.
Tsyp was always set to be 2nd line. I love Patty Roy is holding Engvall accountable!
He never belonged Lamarillo fucked up, he can’t be traded buy out for 12 years horrible contract useless on the team and the bench, the islanders have much better players that put there work in, Engvall does nothing when he is on the ice, I’ll be fine never to see him in a islanders uniform
