Are The Bruins and Jeremy Swayman Close to Finding a Resolution?
On Tuesday’s edition of Zolak & Bertrand, the guys reacted to a report from Frank Seravalli detailing that the Bruins and restricted free agent Jeremy Swayman, may be closer to a deal then most people think. Bertrand makes the case that this is good news, and that the two sides may be able to find common ground.

So they commit to him and double his contract offering max term and more money than the vezina winner they had.
So it could be as simple as they think he’s worth 6 -6.5 and we’re shocked that he thinks he’s worth 8.5.
And as such are now like wtf as they’ve come up to 8 from 6 and he won’t budge at all.

You got guys in the league like Corey Crawford, who are making 8 million a year who have already won Stanley Cups. Swayman is not worth this money. I hope they trade him, we could do something way better with this money
