An already imposing match-up with the Montreal Canadiens will be made even tougher without the injured Alex Edler and Travis Hamonic.
It looks like the Canucks will go with a blueline of Quinn Hughes, Nate Schmidt, Tyler Myers, Jalen Chatfield, Olli Juolevi, and Brogan Rafferty.
Jordie Benn is not cleared to play just yet after coming out of COVID-19 protocol.

Hi Clay! GO CANUCKS GO.
First
hi
Isn't Benn back yet?
Does our blue line for tonight concern you? And how would you form the pairings?
the forwards are going to have to backcheck alot better than they have been doing with this even weaker defence…..
what if they went with 5 d and 13 forwards? do you think that’s a possibility and if so who would they add on the front end?
This should actually be exciting to watch the rookie defensemen play! Also maybe the Canucks could put a forward as a defensemen if the rookie defensemen struggle
40 minutes into the game, that D depth failed badly. How many breakaway / semi-breakaway can you give up in a game?
