I hope this isn’t taken the wrong way, but when I see and hear Claire I think of the old Hollywood expression: “America’s Sweetheart” for emerging stars. Surely for many of the men and women, boys and girls in this fanbase she’s “Ottawa’s Sweetheart.” Brightens my day when she appears on screen. She knows her stuff and was a top uni athlete, which I love. Must have a great family.

I LOVE Claire Hanna!! (in a non internet creep kind of way) lol Her segments are always must watch!!
Claire is the best – she’s my favourite new sports personality on TV – she’s extremely talented at every element of being a presenter, interviewer and even color commentary – TSN needs to maintain her as their star because she is honestly the best there is in hockey right now – no one comes close. I’d rather listen to Claire than Friedman any day of the week because she has that rare ability to seem as genuine as a friend through a tv screen to millions of people. As others have mentioned her positivity is also a huge plus, just makes you feel better even if the sens have a bad day.
