No Garland, no Joshua and those forward lines are still deeper than any forward lines we had between 2015-2022

Feels like Aman and Bains are placeholders for Dak and Garly. I would like to see that Raty line stick together and become a 3a 3b with THEE 3rd line

Question to those who have watched this pre-season, how is the Petey/DeBrusk pairing? Is it the winger we’ve been looking for for two years? Or does it have deficiencies?

When Suter, Garland, and Joshua are all back that’s a pretty scary forward group.

Team is a top 4 RD away from being a juggernaut. Hopefully someone shakes loose by the TDL

How has Bains been? Any shot he gets decent mins this year?

I hope for aman and Bains to stick

I think raty gets sent down once suter is back. While he’s had a good camp I’d rather see him be the first line center, all situations guy in the ahl for one more year. He’s 21 turning 22. I also don’t like the risk of losing aman to waivers. While I don’t expect him to do much offensively, I think he has potential to become a penalty killing ace and a guy who we wont risk hurting development with occasional press box.

With Bains, he’s the same age as hoglander and podkozin (23 turning 24) and he’s proven what he can at the ahl level so I think we just have to see what we have here at the nhl level while Joshua is out.

If Bains pans out, it will lessen the impact of whiffing on podkolzin in the 2019 draft (got silovs there too)

When everyone is healthy I really liked the Hog Raty Garland line just tough to play against and would be a hell of a 3rd line. When Joshua is back I wouldn’t mind seeing him get a chance to be the 3rd on the Peterson or Miller line

Hopefully just a maintenance day. We have four nights before game action, not going to panic yet about CFG.

How was that Forbort/Desharnais line? Didn’t catch the game last night and that’s the only unknown for me. Obviously they’re not gonna magic as a third pairing, but are they a decent improvement of Cole/Juulsen?
