Dylan Larkin was issued a minor penalty for this illegal check to the head of Marshall Rafai. Is the two minutes enough or should there be more? Have your say!
Kind of looks to go up and take advantage, but seems to think better of it at the last moment and mostly just keeps his shoulders and arms down, almost like they never move.
i think it looked a lot worse when rafai hit his head on the ice, but he seemed to be okay after the play and played the rest of the game. i don’t think it was a malicious play from larkin at all.

I really don’t understand how “fans” will actually CHOOSE to be stupid because of being biased and literally say there is no contact to the head.
It’s truly painful. Theres even dummies on this very thread that say he saw it coming. I mean, the kids completely focused on puck retrieval and gets smoked, shoulder to head.
The video literally opens up in UNBIASED fashion, and says there’s obvious head contact.
Seems like a 2 minute cut and dry. Idk why everyone is saying he's selling it, I don't get that vibe. Just think he didn't have good balance to take the hit well. Would be weird to sell a hit so hard you slam your own face into the ice lmao. Especially in the preseason for a team you're not going to make.
Looks like a good response hit to a no-call cross check on the captain's teammate that ended up angled poorly because of Rafai not seeing it coming and then mixing in his shock with embellishment. Pretty good hockey play that would have not been called in the playoffs but MOST CERTAINLY going to get called in pre-season.

That's 2 headhits from Larkin in the pre-season. I think something needs to be done to give the dude a wake-up call so that he cuts this stuff out.
Was there head contact? Sure maybe slightly, but there was over embellishment as well.

definitely a hit to the head, but also a massive sell by Rafal. His stick almost went into orbit with how dramatically he slung it.
