@1:07 Willy claims it doesn't matter if he plays 2C. But it matters alot. His cap hit of 11.5 looks better if he is 2C winning draws, putting up 90 points vs a winger. He knows Tavares value at 2C is brutal, but won't work on draws, compete heavier down low, compete harder is what u need from a 2C vs winger. He puts his hands to his face. This is the result of player making 2 or 3x more than Coach, knows he has leverage in the organization.
