So who’s the first one to lose a captain?
Rangers? Blackhawks? Canes? Kings?

I think teams are finally remembering that the captain doesn’t have to be the best player on the team and that you can have a bridge captain until a young guy is ready
bovickles
Do we though?

Is there a better looking player in the league (past or present) than Gabe Landeskog?
Jasbuddy
Imagine having the lumberjack as your captain, that franchise is so unserious 😂

Did a memo go out?
Hot take…I don’t like it when teams go long periods of time without captains.

No disrespect, but gotta wonder what the management thoughts are about Landeskog being out for so long. I get that the team is likely to refuse them trying to put the C on anyone else, but at some point, like if he doesnt come back this year, and is using the same talking points, when do they draw the line??? Absolutely love the guy, and he drew a raw deal, but at some point you gotta thing conversations will be happening.
