Is there a known issue with Golden U right now? Last season when they announced they were switching to notifications over text instead of over email, I texted GOLDENU to the number on the website in February, and got a response with a link to verify my student status, which I did. I have not received a message from the number since then, which I didn’t think anything of at the time since I was still receiving the email notifications for the remainder of the season.
I was expecting to receive a message today so I could buy a ticket for tomorrow, but a friend of mine messaged me and said they were all sold out already, which didn’t make any sense because they hadn’t sent out an offer yet, right?
Well, he showed me his texts from the same Golden U number, and not only had he received an offer yesterday at around 1pm, but he had also received offers for all the pre-season games, which I also hadn’t received. I tried texting GOLDENU to the number again, but didn’t receive a response, and I can’t find any instructions on how to sign up other than the aforementioned page on the Preds website which simply says to send a message to that number.
Anyone else with this problem, or have a workaround? I was really looking forward to going to several games this year with these student tickets.

I’ve tried getting it to work as well and it never worked for me either
