We really really want you….in the AHL.

I thought a team couldn’t claim the same guy a second time?

The team that claims a player off waivers should be required to pay them their next pay check at the NHL rate, whether they get in a game or not. So at least getting yanked around like this would mean a payday.

But if he doesn’t play, it shouldn’t count against the cap.

Got claimed 3 times and still ended up in the minors. Worst case scenario. Lol.

At what point does he stop calling his mom to tell her he’s moving

I am Lavoie and Vegas and Edmonton are my parents…

His real estate agent must be losing his mind

Knowing vegas, there must be some sort of benefit for making these transactions. Same with Edmonton. Collusion!

If you waive a player and he gets claimed you should not be able to reclaim him until next season.

“I’m just going to sit here until this is all figured out.”

I thought if the original team reclaims the person they get sent straight to the AHL? Like what happened to Patera in Vancouver when Boston waived him after Sway signed. I feel like there must be a nuance that I’m missing here…
