Team quit playing after the first, looked like they did before Tocchet showed up. Pettersson was a ghost and Silovs wasn't very good. Just one game, got a point on to the next, can't let bad habits build though. Pettersson being terrible is the most noteworthy.
Team not a team. Scrambled. Like they had little foresight and connection. Like they hadn’t played together to make chemistry, especially when pressured by opposition. That’s coaching. Line combos?
It was FUN … You can say that. Structure? I think the coaching staff will have to reconsider the playing of the vets in only 1 or two games a pre-season!
They got motivated by the hit and the retaliation and took the momentum back. They will tighten it up next game playing with a lead
I had to agree with Ray Ferraro when he said it’s sloppy October hockey! The werent quite gelled yet which is understandable. The vets didn’t play many preseason games! Im not too worried as it’s only game one. The honeymoon over with Silvos?
