  1. Id say put him on the second line put trocheck on the first line if Mika keeps this up we not seeing a Stanley cup he clearly didn’t learn from Barkov

  2. I worry that Mika has lost a step. I love the guy, he usually pretty responsible defensively. But he doesn't seem "there" when it comes to offense. He seems a little confused about what to do. He might be over thinking. I also worry that injury/conditioning might be an issue. Overall given all the contributions across the lineup offensively I feel "ok" through 2 games. One thing to realize about UTC is that that organization has been demoralizing to play for for years (e.g. the homeless coyotes) and now they have a home and a real owner. I but those younger players feel like super energized/playing like its game 20. Goalie interference is some high stakes voodoo to figure out

  3. I'm beginning to think Mika is getting distracted with his outside activities and leanings. He's recently a father and I can see that softening him. A great video on Mika and his homelife is available. He has a wonderful homelike and really is into music. I'm beginning to wonder if he really doesn't want to play hockey anymore. I can see that in his personality.  I believe he needs to make a hard decision,  if what I feel is true, and I'm not criticizing him, I've had similar life conflicts but not on that scale, facing reality and admit you're not cut out to be a hockey player, it's contrary to his soft personality. He's always played soft, as wonderfully talented he's shown, he doesn't seem to have the gritty fire in the belly to be a hockey player. Panarin is on the soft side, but brings out the fire in the belly. Panarin hasn't lost it yet, Mika has. IMO.
