Shoot I can’t even get the app to connect to my cable provider lol tells me I have the wrong password for my cable, then emails a verification code, and I have nowhere to enter the code. I miss the days of just having a TV and turning it to channel 32.

Signed up on Saturday for the Caps season and 3 days later still won’t work on my TV, but works on my phone. Called Monumental and was told they are indeed having issues with their service but I can still enjoy all the action on my phone. Huhhhh? Didn’t pay $200 to watch on my phone. Offered a refund or wait a couple days to see if the problem is resolved. Just checked, same problem, probably time to collect that refund. 😔

Same. I just deleted the app and used the website instead to watch the caps game the other day.
That dang privacy notice prevents me from getting it to work on my smart tv too!
