Boston Bruins Game 4 Recap | Kastelic Shines
The Boston Bruins lost 4-3 to the Florida Panthers in Game 4 of their NHL season. Florida was without Barkov and Tkachuk, but that didn’t stop them from getting into the Bruins’ heads and making them play undisciplined.
Mark Kastelic and the fourth line are again the best players on the ice for the Bruins, but that isn’t enough to beat Florida at home.

Not happy seeing Pasta getting involved in the shenanigans. I understand his frustration, but it gets him off his game and literally off the ice from a dumb penalty, and with the type of players/coaching Panthers have, he's only going to become more of a target than he already is.
Personally think this is the worse team they’ve had in awhile it’s not fun to watch this team it’s extremely frustrating right now
Geekie was eh, braz and potrais were terrible. Although Carlo was decent physicality wise, Zadarov has been awfully quiet. I thought that peeke and H Lindholm looked slow and not good tonight, couldn’t pass good. Like you had some good players but also just the top lines not going and like those players I mentioned they’re not good enough right now. Although the refs are really bad, they do take a lot of penalties.
I recorded it, cuz I had an interview, but I'm probably not gonna watch it cuz they lost. Everyone was hating on kastelic, I knew he was gonna be a great pick up.

You covered all my compliments and complaints, but I am not going to hit the panic button yet 4 games in. Only thing I might add is Coyle looks to be a bit off his game. I am wondering if they can sit Geekie and bring Lysell up and stay cap compliant? As a side note, when I was looking up your Dad's bio (per our earlier discussion), I had something pop up on my feed. It was an article on The Pink Puck website written by you. I enjoyed the read and insight you presented. What hit home for me was what you said drew you to the spoked B. There is something special about it to so many of us. I bleed black and gold so much my son is under orders to bury me in my Bruins cap and Orr Jersey. As you understand there is a special outside connection, it goes beyond being a fan. The Spoked B is a part of our soul.

About time Montgomery went public about all the foolish penalties.
This has been a problem on the Bruins for a very long time. Lacking discipline is a common theme. I concur.

Panthers now have the Bruins number and don’t fear Boston. It’s going to take some time for this team to figure things out. Kastelic looks like a great pick up. I’m expecting them to improve each week.
Funny re the 4th line, hubby turned to me at one point and said " we should be playing the 4th line on the pp" I was like yeah but what do you want me to do about it ? 😂
Nobody wants to say it but Pasta is a big loafer. He gives the puck away more than anyone else. Yeah, he can shoot but no longer hustles. The top three lines are following his lead. One of the by-products of loafing is cheap penalties.

Well that was a strange game. I think we saw all versions of Bruins play.
It would be nice if Bruins players stopped falling on our goalie!
It seems that AJ Greer must have been a star of the game. I don't know how Bruins let him get under their skin!

this is like Bs in the 70s and 80s vs canadiens. at least there would of been hockey justice on the ice. watching the bs vs fla just makes me furious.
