In the Ducks vs. Knights game, Reimer gave us an unforgettable debut moment, losing a skate blade and doing his best stanky leg dance to get to the bench (with a little sleigh ride assist). Luckily, the Ducks cleared the zone in time, or I wouldn’t be laughing!
This game had a bit of everything—solid Ducks effort, some painful turnovers, and missed chances. Terry and Zegras stood out, but Fowler and the power play… not so much. A 3-1 loss, but still a much better performance than their opener. Let’s hope for some lineup tweaks before the home opener on Wednesday!

Fowler losing his man aside, Lundy should have gone to the bench for a new twig, the bench was on right side of the ice and he could have done it when Vegas fumbled the puck along the boards for a few seconds, that's what eventually led to the goal.
I thought Fowler was decent in game 1 but he was a disaster in this one, I really hope that trade happens sooner than later.
have cronin stopped playing man-on-man defense? it looks like it.. they are boxing out more, not chasing around needlessly. if so good.
but they havent gotten into the slot area in any of the games so for, carlson-gauthier-killorn is not getting much done, outplayed offensively by even the fourth line so that needs to be sorted out. back-to-back against vegas was always a tought one, but they gave themselves a chance, by not being down going into the 3rd.

Dumolin and Reimer both won me over. I was questioning these acquisitions but now I’m on board. And yeah, the power play has been bad. I really want to see more out of McTavish too. He was dynamic at times over the last two seasons, but I’m not seeing it anymore
I was kind of alarmed by our penalty kill. Looked like they were giving up easy shots. Ive never seen a team do a penalty kill like this.
This is what i was saying about not finishing the attacking moves. playing better than against the Sharks but not finishing the forward attacking moments.
Fowler was by far the worst player on the ice… His lack of effort and pathetic stick swiping defensive style needs to die. Strome however has looked like a totally different player!

On the positive side the fourth line looks grwat
They played a pretty decent game in my opinion, but turnovers definitely didn’t help in our loss as they gave Vegas a multitude of opportunities
