I'm starting to think that if georgiev isn't playing better before landy and val come back that they intend to trade him for the cap space. I would imagine annunen and now kap are the plan for the remainder of the season
I'd personally like to see us take a swing at one of the Buffalo RFA goalies (if Annunen doesn't take the huge step up to be a 1b kinda guy this year which is asking a lot).

Avs have a knack for signing guys going through rough patches in their career that end up being great. This guy will be starting in the near future with the team he’s got in front of him. Heard it here first.
I have wanted Kahkonen for years..i think with the Avs defense he could turn into a great goalie

Alex has spurts of excellence. He was very good after game one in the playoffs. I would have liked to see 5 games first but kk would likely not be waiting for us. So better safer than sorrier… haha
So what's going to happen when kahkonen can't see the puck just like georgiev can't see the puck??? Get some big physical defensemen who can move opposing players out from in front of the avs net and maybe the avs goalie will make saves.. Girard,malinski,dehaan all to small to do any physical work!!!
