The Oilers regularly fire coaches. Suppose Knobs will stay because of his connection to McDavid.
Firing Knob would be a mistake. Management changed the previous years formula, so need to play a major role in getting it back by stabilising.
With the talent spread throughout the league, they can never play too defensively nor disciplined. There's just so much talent with most teams to try and play loose and open, looking to win it with high scoring offensive plays on any sort of consistency.
I hope we can get our first win of the season, as our defensive play and goaltending goes i believe so will we. Lets go boys!!!

Another horrible start to the season. Why does this happen every year. First 3 games at home to start the season lose all of them by a combined score of 15 to 3. How embarrassing is that. You would think they would come out hungry and smoking against their rival in Calgary.

I do not understand all these line changes already. Loading up the top line with 97 and 29 in game 4. Skinner was the best player against Calgary and he gets demoted to the 3rd line. Don't get me started on the Backlund slash on Stu. No one on the team even gave a shit. They need a dise of Matt Hendricks or Mike Smith to walk into that room and start bitch slapping everyone.
