Palms just LOOKS like much more of a difference maker under Roy. under Lambert you saw tiny glimpses but never anything sustained

I love palms. I think his injuries really hindered him these past couple seasons. He looks healthy fast and his high danger shots which were already high are better. Love him and hope he can get an another year or two on the island. I think he would take 1mil aav to stay.

In the right situation, it’s OK to pay an overage veteran with a winning Cup pedigree. That works on a team that’s a top-tier Cup contender. That’s not Palmieri and it not the Isles, sorry.
I’m a huge Isles fan but re-signing this Palmieri to an extension would be a big mistake.
