I’ve only heard of like 3 of those brands, I might be a poor.

Awesome! Some awfully fancy sounding restaurants coming, hoping we still get a few sports bars and such for tailgating?

Only on LI do we build “villages” that don’t have a single unit of housing.

The real construction is happening down Hempstead Tpke. The Coliseum Motor Inn is getting completely rebuilt.

What’s the parking situation gonna be like for game days? Their site says you can park in the garage, but there’s no way that’s gonna be the case when there’s a game, right?

Closing at 6pm on weekdays is a joke lol. How hard is it to have a few bars/ casual spots to hang before a game and walk over at game time. Instead it’s high end fashion and zero integration with any events at the arena. Get kicked out for an hour before the game

It’s not completely clear in the article but I’m almost positive those are all outlets, so this is a high end outlet mall.
It’s a really interesting first retail project in the US for the developer given the outside influence of sports on the location. I wonder what the overlap in audiences will be. I for one am stoked for a new Lacoste outlet. Can they add a Sperry while we’re at it? Riverhead is too far for me
