In terms of raw stats, he already has an equal pedigree to Askarov at the same age. Askarov’s only additional positive was having a very strong stint in the KHL in his D+1, which Zavragin did not play in.

I’ve been struggling to keep up with our Russian goalie carousel – what’s his current contract status with Philly? When should we expect Yegor to come over and play for us?
