  1. Brady hasnt looked like himself yet this season, he needs to bring that intensity that he's known for, seems slow and not in his best form.

  2. I watched much of the Game Over Ottawa stream and commented a bit on the Locked On Sens' postgame stream before having found, in my YouTube feed, a stream hosted by the Kempner Canucks YouTube man on supposed lack of point production, in non-preseason play, by Canucks' centre Elias Pettersson. All-in-all Thursday EDT was mixed for Canada's NHL teams, with the Eastern Canadian ones having combined for just 2 goals in separate losses (3-1 and 4-1 respective Sens' and Habs' ones to the Devils and Kings) but the Canucks (3-2 in OT) and Oilers (4-2) having won their games. Scoring just 1 goal/game doesn't win very many of the hockey variety.

  3. Imagine if our offense were killers and we received league average goaltending on the same night? Oh well, one or the other I guess

  4. A loss is a loss. This is a season of no excuses. If they’re out of the playoffs by end of November then a big name needs to be cut. This has to be a new season and a new set of repercussions for lack of performance from the players.

  5. I think chemistry with guys like Perron and Chabot. They will figure it out as the season goes on. Gaudette ya I agree. If he doesnt fight it out like he did to earn the roster spot, it will be time to bring in Janik and put Gaudette on waivers. Wasnt a bad game. The Sens did chime the post at least 4 times, but Markstrom did what he was supposed to do.

  6. I caught the 3rd on the radio on my way to beer league but from what I saw in the first 2 at least, Forsy looked good to me. Hopefully that calms the panic about our backup situation a bit

  7. The game just shows how the sens tend to flail when it comes to the late game.

Green needs to drill late game structure into these guys.

That last goal wasn't on Forsberg, it was on sloopy passing from Amadio and garbage reactive style defense that doesnt care whos man is whos. Only that you attempt to get the puck offside for the other team.

We should not need Ullmark to fix problems or bail this team out.

    Good luck Green
