As far as I’m concerned, Jarry can take a little chunk of that multi-million dollar salary and go see a sports therapist. You don’t hurt the team by letting him, “play through it”. You play the goalie who’s winning games and right now it’s Blomqvist. I saw enough of David Bednar failing over and over this summer while trying to find his game, I would rather not spend fall/winter watching the same of Jarry. 🤷♂️
From what I've heard the Pens can't retain any of Jarry's salary because they are already doing that with 3 other guys and that is the limit in the cba. So paying him to play elsewhere is off the table.
Just relaxt a bit and step of this Jarry-rollercoaster. One month (!) ago Blomqvist "wasn't NHL ready" when he played that awful game in Buffalo. Before last season Ned was written off. Murray went from hero to zero. Fleury has had his moments. Even Hellebuyck was bad during the playoffs. How many goalies are continuously at their best? Even Sid didn't play that good until last game. Yes, at the moment Jarry is a problem, I'm not denying that. But he's also a lot better then what he's been showing lately. Take a deep breath and see where we stand with this in a couple of weeks or months. Or see the glass half full: future's looking bright with Blomqvist and Murashov!

So do the Pens roll with 3 goalies when Ned gets back? Blomquist is past the point in his development where going back to the AHL would benefit him. He needs to be playing NHL talent to further his development. Jarry is the odd man out but completely unmovable. Hindsight is always 20/20 but damn we should've moved on from him in the summer when he had at least a little bit of value. His attitude doesn't fit with this team and the longer he's here the more it hurts the team unfortunately
im so sick of Jarry dragging this team down with him. They are not going anywhere with him in net. Its been years of seeing him suck
I think the pens need an upgrade from AB at first line left wing. However, taking DOC off the third line really weakens it.
I think many commenters on here have expressed the Jarry situation well. So I won’t. Secondary scoring is great as of now, and here comes the but… but I think Karlsson, Pettersson and Graves are real defensive liabilities and they don’t have solutions to that internally. Letang, Grezlcyk and St Ivany are not without blame, I just think this becomes exposed more and more as the season progresses? Just imo, hope I’m wrong

Jarry has been around far too long to be an experiment. He needs to be in another franchise….the sooner the better. Time to turn the page. He must have some worth to another team.
I suggest that it is far easier to find talented forwards in the NHL than talented D men…D-men also take longer in general to develop to a NHL level. I reaiize the D isnt exciting to talk about. The pens are still lacking on the D…including Pettersson. Actually especially Pettersson considering he is to be the defensively responsible one..but he has not been this season so far. He's looked really s-l-o-w.
I'd do Jarry for either Mertzlikins or Grubauer, 1-for-1. They all make about the same salary and either of their contracts are a year shorter.
U cant send Jarry thier,,it will take time off the goalies ,put him on waivers see if someone takes him

Ok, I have a question…Are the intro music pieces you? Guitar players are like Marines in that they will always be guitar players. Just curious.
And by the by, I’m originally from Scranton, West Side, Tripps Park. They call them the “Baby Pens” up there. If any of you get a chance, go to Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza (First Union, Wachovia in previous iterations) It is a cool place.
Bunting has been great at being a pest and irritating other players but he sucks at actual hockey
