The slightly lower tier guys are definitely stepping up while barkov and chucky are out. It will improve the team for the rest of the season. Go Cats

I agree, if Barkov and Tkachuk were quick with the passes the power play would be insane but those two are the ones who hold onto it the most to settle it down which isnt always good

My theory with the spin around passes is probably to keep the guys healthy from dumping the puck and having to constantly hit. I think Maurice gave the green light for that method.
We all knew this was going to be an exciting game because it's a champ vs champ affair. I saw Bob being a phenom, Reinhart hitting the 5 at an almost impossible angle and a classic Lundell to Verhaeghe one-timer. Overall an exciting game and that's great hockey. I leave it to Jaws for indepth analysis 👍 Go Cats!

Playing amazing games without Tkachuk and Barkov is something I'd never thought would happen. Im so happy to be wrong. Feels so good to beat Vegas after the tragedy 2 seasons ago.
