The Buffalo Sabres lost to the Pittsburgh Penguins in a 6-5 overtime loss on October 16, 2024. JJ Peterka scored two of the five goals in his first game back after his concussion injury. Tage Thompson, Jordan Greenway, and Ryan McLeod scored as well. It was McLeod’s first goal as a Buffalo Sabre.
