Guys… I think the injuries might be my fault. All the teams I cheer for are half dead at all times 😔
There's no doubt that as much as I believe the Habs won't find it easy to qualify for a 2025 playoff spot, they have put up fights to win games. A start to this regular season of 2-3-0-1 on wins and regulation, OT and shootout losses definitely isn't insurmountable and sure beats to start of 3 seasons ago, with that earlier start, thru 5 games, the Preds have, even with a very busy off-season, already copied.
I agree with the missed opportunity. The LA game was t he one we needed to win for sure!
Great analysis as always, but I have to ask when do we begin to hold MSL accountable? After all, isn't the coach responisble for the disclipline and effort of the team? All I want to see is a complete effort at least once and a < 5 penalty game.
Cole's going to get by 40 goals this season, no problem. The milestone is 50. He is more than capable of notching that number. He has a wicked and precise wristshot that surprises goalies. He's always aiming with accuracy to the top shelf. He sure is a treat to watch. Scoring 6 goals throughout the first 6 games is an awesome start!
