Good day coach, I do believe that Mont did not see the puck at all on his left side that's why he moved to the right to check if the puck is there. I would not blame him for the second goal. Love your content. Greetings from Slovakia
Not the 1st botched icing it happened a few nights before, MSL should have already sent that message…he's putting Hutson back on the ice when he shouldn't even be on the team with two -4 performances, his possession times not creating HD chances etc…Xhekaj thrown under the bus for a slow start though. Whatever.
Good morning 🌞 ☕
Coaching is a problem
Lack of top goaltending !
Typical Montembeault out of position/poor positioning!
My 2 cents worth is I hope we exchange the 5 expiring contracts and the almost 14 million for 3 "good" experienced players. I know these 5 anchor the team, but you have to pull up anchor to sail and I believe it's part of the plan to get some free agents this year because our prospects need better leadership. Thanks Coach
Good video. You were honest with your comments about the coach.
Great analysis Coach! My concern is that for the past two seasons players were told results were not important as development and learning concepts were the priorities. Now they are told results are important so they can be in the "mix". How easy is it for players to change their way of thinking. For me, it looks like a difficult task given their compete level.
As for Mailloux and Struble, Marty should make them healthy scratches against the Blues. That 2nd goal was outrageous! Many of us played hockey as youngsters and were always told to play to the whistle. We all know that officials cannot be relied on to get calls correct. Where's the hustle given these two are trying to become regulars.
Thats correct coach, the rangers are on a higher level than MTL.
Hardwork can beat talent but there appears to be a lack of hardwork.
I agree with you
Great analysis & breakdown of that play.
These aren't hockey players?
Something else is going on.
They're not being well coached. Marty and his staff need to up their game.
Totally agree with you
Thanks Coach…that was a pretty pathetic performance and really the Suzuki line and Jake Evens line were in the game. A little tough love might be in order.
Thank-you coach you are absolutly right
This team needs a real coach.,
I agree 1000% I was out for my walk with my wife the morning before the game and I told my wife that the Habs should lose 8-2 at least ( unless the Rangers laid down)
They did exactly as expected
Ok Monty… unless you have a RUBBER neck the puck was up against the net Monty was not sure where the puck was so he changed sides
What Monty did was totally irrelevant
It was 100% on Struble and Mailloux
One of them has to sit and Xhejai brought back
Have we stopped the 'chill out' verbiage? our defense stats stink.. the management chose to usher in young players on defense and we are seeing the fruits of that decision. We could have chosen to have these young Dmen develop and play in Laval working to becoming a Pro.. instead, a decision was made to throw them into the fire.. Was that the right decision? no matter the facts, we can always blame Arber Xhekaj for the poor play of the team.. St. Louis's favorite escape dog. He enjoys chopping down the big guy with heart that wasn't drafted.. the media lap the fake target, never would someone dare to say that Robitass can not teach or coach…. that St. Louis and Robitass still can not balance out the ice time or lineup.. oh my goodness, Arber didn't play, so lets switch the target and blame immaturity for lack of cohesive team play.. or maybe the weather for lack of an energetic team in spirit.. no worries, send out Hutson to entertain the crowd.. was that another -4 again, must be sunny skies somewhere. Maybe in St. Louis. Cheers
