Krebs would want to be here for the future and would be thankful to get outta buffalo. That being said don’t give up something crazy to get him. Buffalo is a shit hole leverage that fact into getting him. Yes Calgary isn’t fantastic and at the top of anyone’s list to play for but it certainly is leagues above buffalo in culture and success
Krebs is an option, but don’t pay a ton for him and he’s a Left Shot. He’s worth a 4th Round Pick imo
Could pursue a Temporary Right Shot Center option like PIT’s Noel Acciari or UFA Tyler Johnson too
Could also groom Duehr & Coronato to be Right Shot Centres as well. Heck, do the same with Honzek in the AHL as well. Worked wonders for Justin Kirkland who was originally a Scoring LW before being groomed to be a Hard Checking Center
