As a Blackhawks fan this is frustrating, we sign some deadweight free agents and a couple mediocre free agents when there were some good players available and now they want to trade/give up assets for better players…. What's the over under before Bedard gets frustrated with the lame attempts at improving and ask's to be traded?
The Hawks need to do something , they look terrible , maybe a new GM and head coach they sure aren't doing the job !!

Kyle proved he's a bad GM last summer. Except for Tuevo the free agents are horid. Bertuzzi is a nightmare for the next 4 years at 5.5 million. What would they trade for a second line center? There 1st pick ?. A bottom 5 team again. And they did not pick the best draft pick. Arty will bust.
You can't rebuild a total team tear down in a couple years. The Hawks need more pieces to the puzzle before adding a lot of payroll. Patience people.
