I don’t like how other teams are talking liberty’s with our top players and no repercussions
This team looks like they did in year 1 under Torts. Talk about massive regression.
Did Bill Meltzer actually say that Frost needs to get going? I thought Bill idolized Frost for whatever stupid reason.
The year 1 team under Torts was a veteran team. This is a team of 19-23 year olds filling half of the roster. They cannot be compared.
Correction, Belarusian born player.
Frost, Ferabe, Forester and Cates need to step up another notch they need to play bettet
Next year we need to kick ass in that draft and pick up some free agents
I agree that the five on five was terrible. By the end of the second period I shut the game off. I had enough then. The team can do better. Something is wrong with this team.
Got to see the MN game live, it has been a couple years and that was a crazy game to be at.
But something looks off, for sure. Seems like a few guys are always on and everyone else is just in a rotating door of performing. Really like the game so far from.. TK, Mich, Risto, Sanheim, Coots starting to look confident again… but Drysdale is struggling, Frost is pressing (missed an open net two games in a row), Farabee is incredibly inconsistent, and the team commitment to protecting the goaltender seems to be wavering a lot more this year. Teams are not taking them lightly this year – they need to work harder, and smarter. These are not really problems you fix by "trade for a center!" or "draft a lot of guys!" .. this is like a team-cohesion problem. Which also means they are entirely capable of fixing it with their current roster.
