Sidney is best known for his impeccable physique, informational fitness/nutrition tips, and his unparalleled work ethic. Sidney Wilson IV was born in Bartow County, Florida, on June 21, 1977. He grew up in a small town named Auburndale. SID moved to Orlando, Florida with a few of his closest friends after graduating high school in 1996. SID’s first shoot was an underwear shoot for E. Lynne Harris. SID also participated in an artistic nude shoot to benefit AIDS Awareness with a photographer from London. Through all of his new exposure, SID landed a job at New York Sports Club as a personal trainer. While there, he was featured on a NYSC poster advertising fashion shows and was selected as one of three Top Personal Trainers in NYC by Pulse Magazine.
SID learned a great deal in his time at NYSC but left to pursue greater education in his field and joined Equinox as a personal trainer. SID swiftly climbed the ranks to become one of the best at his gym. He has had the good fortune to meet and train many celebrities where as now he is known as one of NYC’s Celebirty Fitness Trainers.
SID kept on modeling and started acting here and there. He has made appearances on Comedy Central’s Colbert Report, VH1’s Let’s Talk about Pep, Law and Order, and Fox 5 news “Summer Workouts,” hosted by Montel Williams. SID has been involved in many runway shows, including Spring Fling 2008 in New Jersey, fturing friend/artist/photographer Vargas, a most amazing body painter, played a part in “Ugly Betty, and also appeared on The Maury Show as a special agent for the 2008 Election Day Show. His first film credit was in 2010’s release of “Sex and the City 2.” SID was featured on Better TV as a successful Celebrity Fitness Trainer showing workout tips and was sponsored by New Balance Sportswear for the segment. In December 2008 SID was requested for the book cover of Lisa Lampanelli’s book “Chocolate, Please.” SID can also be found on the book covers of the RM Johnson trilogy beginning with “The Million-Dollar Divorce.” SID has also collaborated with Gregory P Jones, President of Fittron LLC, to start an all women’s boot-camp in Central Park. He became the male fitness spokesmodel for Fittron, and still enjoys that title today. SID also wrote is first article in Bleu Magazine in 2010 on hit top 10 tips for improving the mind, body, and soul.
