This video is about nba legends explaining how good John Stockton and Karl Malone were.
They played for the utah jazz and were two of the best old school legends.
For many years, Karl Malone and Stockton were the Jazz’s one-two punch. The two played a record 1,412 regular season games together as teammates. Many of Stockton’s assists resulted from passes to Malone. … Stockton holds a commanding lead for the NBA record for career assists with 15,806

  1. Stockton top 20? He’s statistically the best pure PG of all time. That’s not a statement that’s a fact.

  2. Stockton is one of the greatest guards to ever play the game… and THE greatest utility player ever.

  3. "Stockton to Malone!" The best duo ever – you can't think of one and not instantly think of the other. Consider how long they played together and how well both played the two-man game

  4. Matthew 9:22
But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.

    Matthew 13:33
Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

    Matthew 15:28
Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.

    Matthew 26:10
When Jesus understood it, he said unto them, Why trouble ye the woman? for she hath wrought a good work upon me.

  5. Getting the MVP is still in the hands of other people, but Winning Championships is entirely in your control.

  6. The only thing Malone did better was sleeping with underage girls, getting them pregnant, and not accepting his bastard son.

Short of that, he was hell of a basketball player. Really good at compartmentalism.

  7. To talk about how good the Utah Jazz were in the Stockton- Malone days is to really say how almost magical Jordan was. He hit last second jump shots that to this day I remember the disappointment felt not getting the title. Jazz got it this year though. 2021-22 season. Called it. Check the date.

  8. stocktons in your top 20……hes legitimately the best point guard to ever play the game……Magic was probably better but for less time. Stockton was a better defender. a better passer. and a better floor general. but did it so quietly that noone puts him up there with Magic, which i get Magic had the charisma to embody Showtime. John Stockton was the embodiment of professionalism which doesnt get celebrated enough.

  9. Most underrated and over looked player of all times. Athleticism, speed, skills, heart, strength, I.Q, vision, ability, offense/defense, toughness, discipline, fundamentals, no nonsense, wasn't fleshy. Leadership 👏. What else can a fan or franchise ask for?
Karl was a man's man and the ladies was crazy about him. But basketball 🏀 The Mail Man redefined the power foward position. Bro Stockton to Malone. John was the Dictator and Karl was the enforcer and their stats/game speaks for themselves. GREATNESS..DREAM TEAMERS 🇺🇸.

  10. respect the legendary best pure point guard ever JHONNY STOCK!!! he would have back to back chips if Mike wasnt born…

  11. Isiah Thomas stay making it virtually impossible to like him 😂😂😂 I love it. He ain’t wrong but what a dick.

  12. Had Malone been a better foul shooter, they would've beaten Chicago.
It meant even with the Bulls big 3, they can't outscore Utah and had to resort to fouling Malone.
    That's just impressive.

  13. Isiah is just hating Karl Malone shot over 70% for his career from the free throw line in both playoffs and the regular season

For a big man especially back in the 90s that’s really good SHAQ GOT 4 rings shooting just over 50% from the line

  14. I like Malone, but he was the weak link down the stretch. Game 1, 97 finals, score tied, Malone misses two free throws and Jordan hits the jumper to win it. Game 6, 98 finals, with Utah up one, Malone gets stripped by Jordan, and Jordan hits the game winning jumper. Eerily similar endings.

  15. But, I will say…this is a preview of why Ben Simmons was moved from Philly. Inability to shoot free throws late. For Karl to continue to battle and win two MVPS? In spite of his lack of free throws is pretty impressive.

  16. The NBA is a scam. MJ was part of a con to make as much money as possible for the NBA. Does anyone remember the phrase “Jordon Rules”?? Even Larry Bird said publicly that was the case. It’s a product to make money. Several Jazz players admitted after their retirement. That they understood the agenda and agreed to it for the
sake of the league and the income of the
    Players in the NBA

  17. Karl Malone if allowed would have destroyed the
Bulls. They were scared shi&$-2 if him. He could have ended the lives of the entire Bulls team by himself. It was rigged and the NBA and it’s players laughed all the way
    To the bank

  18. We here in Utah had to listen to BS NBA/Jordon & Jackson propaganda.
Such a con job the just make money

  19. Isaiah was CORRECT, as great as Malone was his WEAK LINK was FREE THROWS.

Brilliant analysis, this was the ONLY reason the UTAH JAZZ never earned a RING. Even with the weak link, UTAH JAZZ would have gotten a NBA RING if Jordan wasn't on the BULLS!!

Hats off to the NBA TIME MACHINE, this is BY FAR the BEST OLD SCHOOL NBA PROGRAM of ALL TIME!!

  20. Isiah really needs to grow up and quit saying idiotic things about those he doesn't like. Karl Malone had a career free throw percentage of 73.6% in the playoffs (72.5% regular season) and Tim Duncan, who I would bet big bucks Isiah has never criticized, was a career 68.9% free throw shooter in the playoffs. Hell, Isiah was only a 76.9% shooter in the playoffs.

  21. John Stockton is a class of his own. I grew up watching the 90’s Jazz. The ONLY reason I hated the playoffs was because Hot Rod Hunley wasn’t the announcer. Stockton, Malone, w Hot Rod describing every play. ❤ the Jazz.
