Well Done Boys, Who knew Wags was the answer!!
Bruins are very strong and players like Hall will take this as an opportunity to step up and produce more. Do not trade J.D
Bruins really don't need outside help in terms of this season's Cup run…..so from that perspective I agree with Conor that if we could get a solid versatile depth forward (i.e. examples from last year's activity:…Nick Paul….who was the single best acquisition by any team last year , and people like Vatrano, Kopp, Hegal, Rakell…)…but we do not need to mess with the trajectory that this club is on….as far as the lineup w/o Debrusk….keeping in mind that Montgomery can mix-and-match very effectively and as needed…
Full Disclaimer: I am writing this today…I saw the Kings game…
Marchand – Bergeron – Pasta
Hall – Krejci – Zacha
They need to improve their chemistry…but here is no reason these guys should not be outstanding together…starting tonight…
Coyle – Frederick – Foligno.
I love this group together. heavy and skilled….Frederick is blossoming…Foligno has played well all year…has a noticeable 'jump' in his game…I love Coyle and all that he does…
Smith – Nosek – Greer / Wagner / Lauko.
This makes me nervous and exposes the need for us to add a solid depth-forward… all of these guys need to step it up…Smith is an x-factor for me…he just needs a goal…of any kind…and gain some confidence….I have seen signs of it….obviously without the points…he needs a bounce or a deflection to go his way…and Wagner is better than Greer.. this line just need to hold it up when they are out there…
The D and Goaltending have been A+….and can play better…which is very encouraging…
Go Bruins tonite!
And get Pasta's deal done.
