Watching the habs as a kid i always wondered when we would get a SNIPER on the team. I think we found him!
What more do u need than a player that puts 40 to 50 goals in…. I mean even if you get bedard… does it help you more than 40 goal… on top of that you give up 2 top prospect…. so does bedard contribution is better than 40 goal + depth… at the end of the game it's the score that counts… 1 for 1 I understand but giving 2 really really good picks in a DEEP draft is not worth it imho… imagine a trade back in 2004 : Crosby vs ovechkin than adding pics who becomes: malkin and let's say Andrew Ladd… I'm not paying that much for Crosby… are u better with Crosby and Suzuki or with Suzuki ovechkin Malkin and Ladd…

WOW! That was completely disrespectful to the last Canadiens' 2-time 50 goal scorer Richer. During the 1987/88 season he scored 50 goals in 72 games & 51 goals in 75 games in 1989/90. Not even one mention of Stephane Richer's name?
