During last nights Seattle Kraken vs Ottawa Senators game, a bit of a scary moment as a glass panel completely came out of its slot falling on fans. Particularly, hitting a young Ottawa Senators fan in the head. Thankfully, the young fan was okay and Sens captain Brady Tkachuk went over and gifted the boy his stick, a puck and a little fist bump in an awesome moment that was captured. You just love to see this stuff as a hockey fan, truly classy move here. I cover this and the everything else in todays NHL hockey video recap!

Had a great time at this game last night! Even though defensively it was terrible to watch lol.
Been installing those panels recently at a local arena. Obviously, someone did not fasten the bolts properly…that hold the glass in place. Sometimes, the bolt holes are stripped and the aluminum post doesn't get replaced.

As a sens fan I feel like we just had a bad game, we’ve been doing “better” this season but it’s still tough watching my favourite team at the bottom so often
This is why I love Hockey. Literally the only sport where I can take my kids to see violence and toughness and know it’s gonna be filled with great role models.

I've replaced panels like that. If those are made of the same material as the ones that I replaced, take what you think that panel weighs and double it. That was a much more dangerous situation than it might appear. Glad everyone was okay.
