I’ve played against a lot of these guys, being from Burlington I only got to play 1 year with Shane wright but when we played soccer together he could’ve easily gone pro in that aswell because his dad was pro soccer player, it’s crazy to see guys I’ve played against now getting drafted to the Nhl

Who will the blues take with their pick? Do you see them making many changes.
My prediction: Habs name Nick Suzuki as Captain just before the draft. Then they have Suzuki come up on stage and announce that Shane Wright is Montreal's pick at #1. Suzuki and Wright should be Montreal's Top2 Centers for the next decade. Suzuki has been staying in Montreal for the last couple months after the season ended. I assume there is a good reason for this.
Slafkovsky 3? really? 1 or 2.
The Devils wants habs to select Wright #1 because they want Slavkowsky because there is only one slavkowsky!, There are several top Centers and lets say Cooley was habs second pick because they moved up in the draft. Cooleys performance would be stronger with Slavkowsky on his wing and we put veteran Dadanov on his line for leadership on the rookie line…….first line. Suzuki, Cole, Farrell, and Dvorak, Gally, and Andy on the 2nd line, Slavkowski. Coolie, Dadanov, on the 3rd…thats solid. the fourth line could be our prospects and a bevy of draft picks. Devils want Slavkowski and any deals with the devil will be a hell of a way to go…. Draft Slavkowski #1 and there is 5 or 6 talented Centers that would be better with Slavkowski on the wing. I like Wright Butt this can't be another Miss
Shane was 27th in OHL scoring in 63 games…not impressive I wonder why this is being overlooked.
