Ryan Carpenter was 54% on draws when he was here and is on a better contract. but i guess there’s not a single person in the organization even aware of that
remarkable

Imagine thinking “develop into a 4C” is worth taking on another contract… this is 100% his dad calling in a favour from Chris Drury, his old teammate.

TIL Curtis has a son in the NHL.

This is surely the move that will put us over the line
Nyrfan2017
Maybe it will click for him here and he can contribute . Low risk move
Sapz93
eh. He’s a 23 y/o 2nd rounder.. I know we suck to begin with developing 1st rounders but it’s worth a shot. He doesn’t even have a full seasons worth of games played in the league yet. Seems like a nothing burger pickup for now.

I guess the question is how long do they think Kreider will be out for if this move was necessary?
agent7300
i dont understand. when actually good players were available on waivers (tolvanen) or even one that fills the same niche (NAK) drury sleeps. but we gotta claim this plug
Pole420
It’s a bold strategy Cotton. Let’s see if it pays off for ’em.

We have henrikson, khodorenko and rydahl already at hartford, why not try them?
SomethingSmooth
Did we actually pass on Tolvanen just to pick up this guy a month later?
SeeDeez
Watch this kid become the next all time example of a change of scenery guy.

The next strome?

Newish hockey fan here, why is 51.75% an impressive faceoff win rate?
50shadesofjiggyfly
I thought PK Subban was the worst skater I would ever see, then this guy came along

How do you pronounce his name? Les…*has stroke*… 🥴🫠
sinister_kid89
