Well, 2 waiver claims-that was unexpected. The Leafs are in good shape , so, yeah, give Matthews a little rest. Hayes in Boston would be another one of those hometown kid comes home to play. IMHO, that would be awesome.

Nashville might just stick put and only do minor deals. If any player gets traded it might be someone like Fabbro. Don't expect Poile to move a top 3 dman if teams want him to retain salary, as Poile has shown countless times he won't do so. Bottom 6 guys should be available outside of Jenneaot though.

What would the Bruins do with Charlie Coyle? he is having a very good season as the Bruins third line center. Zacha is a player that Montgomery can slide up and down the line up. the Bruins should be looking to add another defenseman.
