One thing I’ll give credit to Dorion for is that he doesn’t seem to at all try to micromanage his coaches. Pierre has been the GM for some time now, and all the coaches that have been involved with the organization, both at the NHL and AHL level, all say the same thing. They have all said that Dorion doesn’t pressure them to do specific things. He’s hired those guys. And he trusts them to do the job… maybe sometimes he trusts them a little TOO much. Lol
