Emotions were running high during a Vernon Vipers hockey game as some fans from the West Kelowna Warriors got into a pushing match with some Vernon Fans. Security and volunteers did a good job to quickly break up the hostilities. Even the game was chippy as both teams battle for a spot in the top four in the division.

True story, earlier this year, i was at a chilliwack chiefs game, and there was a vernon fan who was sitting a few rows down. chilliwack took a dominating lead, so he decided to leave before the end of the game. i looked at him as he left, smiled and said "don't worry, you'll win next time." and he said "FUCK OFF!" and flipped the bird.
