    Haula & a 5th for Henrique & salary retention.

  2. xxfatpigxx

Convincing win over a team they should beat soundly. Devils fans in Anaheim could be heard clearly over the broadcast, you love to see it!

  3. Nimblesquatch

Gotta beat the bad teams. Handled business tonight. I miss you, Rico 🙁

  4. buddyguy618

I know Anaheim sucks but part of being a good team is beating the teams you *should* beat. Metro is a warzone, every point matters

  5. TheRobberBar0n

I don’t know what feed I got but I had the entirety of Bratt coming off the ice and getting the headset on and now am getting only his side of the conversation. I also was getting an on-ice camera during breaks with no sound

  6. robsul82

Foot delivered directly up the ass, exactly how it should be with garbage teams. LGD!

  7. Lots to like. Need to see some more discipline from Siegs, can’t be trying to hit guys’ fists with his face. Good to see Shango with a nice set up play, and this is the most success we’ve had with home run passes in a little while. Mostly dominant except for that bit at the end of the second, let’s keep it rolling into tomorrow.

  8. McLovin81111

Vitek quietly putting up a .939

Understood shot quality wasn’t the greatest, but still.

  9. whichwitch9

I’ll give the ESPN panel some credit tonight, except for the extreme McDavid mentions, I was especially impressed with Callahan. One of the few non Devils broadcasts this year that picked up how aggressive our D men actually are while attacking

  10. Happy to have watched this one. Great 60 effort

  11. Icy-Arm-6044

They really said let’s make it worth it for you to stay up past your bedtime. Thanks boys. Same thing tomorrow?

Scrolling through r/hockey I counted 8 McDavid posts before reaching my first devils post, and it wasn’t even about Jack, it was Bratt’s wraparound.

Nothing about Jack being tied with Connor for most goals since November… meaning jack is scoring at the same pace as Connor fucking mcdavid.

Nothing about Jack being on pace to set franchise records for goals and assists at 21 years old.

Nothing about how he’s doing this while carrying a 2-goal scorer on his wing all season

Edit: also, jack is now a top five goal scorer in the league. Who had that on their bingo card for this year?

  13. LaHondaSkyline

Devils alone in 4th in the league, and second best in goal differential. This group is for real, and is still the 3rd youngest team in the league. Next 6 or 7 years are going to be a golden era in Devils history.

  14. Redditfront2back

Hughes is gonna score more points in year then any devil

  15. FireGase

Reporting in from Anaheim, proud to have been surrounded by fellow fans for a fun one. Awesome night and ready for tomorrow

  16. MountainBaker8217

Very happy to get Bill and Dano back tomorrow night.

Hope we use the momentum of the last three games and tighten up some of those turnovers and the sloppy play in our zone for tomorrow night’s game against the Kings.

We got nine different players on the score sheet.

And I’m hoping tonight is finally the night where Lindy takes Haula off Jack’s line. Come on, buddy, you can do it.

  17. weaver787

Cool win. Boys are buzzing. Eric Haula sucks.

  18. connaire

Can’t wait for the Erika Haula and a 3rd trade for Timo Meier to go through Sunday so we can just pick him up Monday.

  19. MountainBaker8217

“Put some respect on their squad” – Kevin Weekes 🙂

Edit: I can’t type this late at night, thanks for the heads up!

  20. HopelessEsq

Watching that on Hulu was on par with trying to stream with a dial-up modem. Great road game against a team we needed to beat to stockpile those points for the playoff race. Only issue with the game other than the awful stream was closing out the periods. Vitek had some real clutch saves, game easily could have been 4-2 going into the 3rd with the ice tilted for the Ducks. Keep racking up those points boys.

  21. nostradamefrus

Phone died in the third. Pumped to see the boys increased the lead

    Sorry Henrique, bb

  22. I’m just ready for Luke to get here. Double the Hughes for double the fun. If he develops as well as Jack or Quinn the rest of the league is going to be in trouble for a LONG time.

  23. goatgosselin

Lot better game tonight. Reminded me a lot of the games during the winning streak besides not having to make a comeback at any point.

Haula still a black hole as per normal. Not sure when he gets dropped to 4th line mins.

  24. sNdChuck

We should trade for Henrique. Left handed shot, fast, good FO% & can score. Put him on a line with Jack. Strictly better Haula.

  25. mariachoo_doin

Most goals for in the division; third in in conference. Best goal differential in the division; second in the conference. Second fewest goals allowed in the league. Tied for longest win streak in the league (it’s only three, still better than most).

We’re fighting the good fight, LA and Seattle are going to be great tests. Trying to understand how Nico didn’t get credit for that tip in, though.

  26. Franzblau

I can’t believe Bill Spaulding wasn’t on the mic to call this one a slutfest.

  27. Urmomletmerubher

Ya’ll can criticize Haula all you want. He’s still part of the fucking team. Chill.

  28. SoccerLife243

Devs currently 10 points in a playoff spot with a game in hand. Gotta keep collecting points. Lets turn this into another heater
