Montreal shouldn't worry about trying to re app top draft picks . Mantha is 28 . Dach is going be 22 in a couple of weeks that's a huge age gap between the two players. Just stick to the plan . Rebuild off your prospects and draft picks . Stop trying to re all older players. Just saying 😁
What would be a benefit to trade Manta? He’s slowly becoming a goon. I think we need two triple A veterans (forward and defender) to improve prospects not another Drouin.
Trading Mantha for Anderson makes a lot of sense for the Caps but I'm not so sure they would add a first round pick, maybe another round or just propose a trade for trade. Anyway, I would love to see Anthony on the Suz-Caulfield line.

Why would the habs do this hes 28 he doesn’t at all fit the timeline for the rebuild he’s underperformed as of late and rather see the habs give an younger and cheaper player a chance as a bottom six player. Because people keep forgetting the habs need to sign Caufield Guhle Harris Slaf and Wifi in two seasons so why waste valuable cap space on an aging player seems stupid
