  1. Needing a conditioning stint and not playing, the writing is on the wall, vrana and Ned will be given an opportunity to improve their stock before getting moved out of the redwings organization

  2. As a wings fan, vrana has kind of been out of sight out of mind this year. We’ve been doing good without him. I have a feeling he’s getting moved soon. Maybe a multi player move with Ned or Erne. No panic here.

  3. sounds like a mutual agreement on both sides. no one really knows. But from what ever he was battling they know he aint 100% still. He did have sugury last year never know what he's battling. get better tho. if he gets moved he gets moved . hopefully he bounces back

  4. My feeling is its due to his mental health, he's gotta just keep his head down and work it out, if he can get whats going on in his head inline with whats going on with the game, he will get his game back up to snuff.

  5. Let the kid play. He can't improve if you don't play him, right? I get it, he has only 1 point in how many games? but it will come down to a matter if Wings w ant to be patient with him, and for how long

  6. Canadian hockey media ignores US teams and important news in the States. Go figure

  7. Only worth will be in a package deal, Detroit will have to eat part of his remaining contract.
Add in Ned and Zadina the also probably should be moved in another group package.
Bertuzzi and Larkin are 48 days from a hard decision that will have to be made.

  8. He had an interview regarding his last scratch after practice – I thought news 8 picked it up. He talked about his game just not being there, and he knows it. I don't think the relationship has soured as much as people speculate. He just needs more conditioning and work.

  9. There is no reason for speculation. Vrana is basically way out of playing shape from 3 months of being off the ice. To get in playing shape, he needs tough workouts everyday. Playing games is not hard enough.

  10. K calm down!! This is much ado about nothing. He got sent down to get his game and his life together- if that means taking games off to go make an amends or because you hate life that day- then thats what it takes! Do yourself a favor- stop stewing on vrana this season and tune back in next season. If this is a bad sign you won't know til then anyways and if its not a bad sign (I really don't believe it is) then your just getting wound up for nothing. This is not an easy process and there will be peaks and valleys. I imagine he wanted to be sent down so that he can take these kinds of breaks. Getting sober was the hardest thing I ever did and I spent whole days eating ice cream and screaming into a pillow lol! Give him a break!! If he's really playing himself out of the league then at least give him a real shot. And if he's actually getting better he deserves our respect and aupport- not getting needles and put under the microscope right now…

  11. They guy needs time to get back to himself which lets not forget is a 30 goal scorer. If he puts in the work and gets bought out he will be a steal for any team on a prove it deal next year.
