If Tocchet becomes the coach i expect roster changes will be happening i don’t give a fuck about anything else but our defence getting better. If his systems are good i can live with him as the coach
Maybe Tocchet’s boring ass style was because of the teams he’s had, but it isn’t super promising.
I’m not sure you can “park the bus” up 1 goal in the current NHL
This management group has been so disrespectful towards Bruce. I can’t believe they’re already announcing his replacement, but still send him in front of the media everyday when they’ve been very clearly trying to get rid of him for months. I hope he gets another job and maybe a chance of coaching a team with some NHL players playing defense.

Schenn is just going to win cups with Tampa in latter half of seasons and play here with Quinn in the former halves.
So the team is holding on to the slimmest of chances of convincing Bo to re sign? My own belief (hope) on that is them working a Miller trade?
As for Schenn, good for him. He deservesa chancee at a third ring and it seems like a quality team and they want him back.

He’s a snake oil salesman of a coach that creates awful hockey both on an entertainment and result level. I don’t get the hype on him at all…

We should fire Bruce now if it’s gonna happen. It’s not at all fair to him stringing him along for another month knowing his replacement is coming down the pipe. Management should be ashamed of themselves.

At least the BCHL team I cheer for is slamming just about everyone this year. Their defencemen could teach a thing or two to OEL and Stillman
I get the Nepotism but if we’re replacing Bruce can we at least do it with a proven, winning coach. I feel like we can do much better than Tocchet as I feel like we’ve been down this road before with no success.
